Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture Meets the Executive Director of the Council for Regulating Practice of Engineering Professions

HE Eng.Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, held a meeting with the Executive Director of the Council for Regulating Practice of Engineering Professions, Eng. Hasan Al Sheikh.

During the meeting, HE the Minister noted the effective role of the Council in supporting professionals across the various engineering sectors, effectively developing the engineering sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain and fueling the growth of the private sector while enhancing the urbanization, construction, and infrastructure services in the country.

The Minister along with the team in charge of the building permit system “Benayat” reviewed the latest developments related to the system and the issuance process of building permits in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The stages of developing the system were also discussed, in addition to several topics of common interest.

For his part, Engineer Hasan Al Sheikh, Executive Director of the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions, praised the Ministry support and joint cooperation with the Council to develop the work flow of various related sectors and facilitate services provided to citizens and investors.
