Bahrain to Host Its First Veterinary Forum and Exhibition in September
The Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, in cooperation with Checklist for Events, Trade, and Advisories, will organize the First Bahrain Veterinary Forum and Exhibition from 25 to 26 September 2025.
On this occasion, H.E Eng. Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, affirmed that the forum and exhibition represent a pioneering scientific and cultural platform that brings together a distinguished group of veterinarians, researchers, and experts, alongside representatives of official bodies, companies operating in the veterinary and livestock industries, veterinary hospitals and clinics, as well as representatives of the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH). The event will provide an opportunity to exchange knowledge and expertise from within the Kingdom of Bahrain, the GCC countries, and various parts of the world, in addition to exploring the latest practices and innovations in the field of veterinary medicine.
H.E added that the forum will shed light on the latest scientific and technological developments in veterinary medicine, and present effective solutions to address health and environmental challenges in a way that strengthens livestock wealth, through supporting scientific research and developing tools for prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
The Minister also noted that the forum serves as an opportunity to further enhance partnerships with local and international scientific and research institutions, and to support programs for animal immunization and disease prevention. This, he stressed, contributes to consolidating the Kingdom of Bahrain’s position as a leading regional hub for attracting veterinary and scientific investments, while also supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
It is noteworthy that the First Bahrain Veterinary Forum and Exhibition represents a comprehensive platform that brings together scientific and professional expertise, bridging government and private sectors, and highlighting national, regional, and international competencies in the field of veterinary medicine.
The event will also feature an accompanying exhibition showcasing leading veterinary companies and manufacturers, as well as specialized hospitals, clinics, and pet centers. Exhibitors will present the latest technologies, services, and products, opening broad horizons for encouraging investment and enhancing partnerships in the veterinary sector.
