The Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture receives Sri Lankan Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain

H.E Eng. Wael Bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, received H.E Ms. Rithisri Wijertne Mendis, Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Bahrain. 

H.E the Minister welcomed the Ambassador and emphasized the importance of the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Sri Lanka. The Minister and Ambassador also discussed ways through which cooperation between the two friendly nations can be enhanced.

The Minister conveyed his wishes to deepen the bonds between the two countries, especially in the fields of municipal work and agriculture. The Minister expressed his sincere wishes for the success of the Ambassador in her diplomatic endeavors.

For her part, H.E the Ambassador expressed her thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture for the warm welcome and sincere interest in strengthening bilateral relations between their two countries hoping to continue the joint efforts of pushing towards broader horizons. H.E the Ambassador expressed her wishes for the prosperity of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
