Service Procedures and Steps
Login to the System
• For citizens and residents: Log in to the CRM system using eKey credentials.
• For other users: Create an account in the CRM system and log in using your credentials.
Access the Grievance Service
• Navigate to the Services page and select the Grievance Service.
Create a Grievance
• Click on the Create Grievance option to initiate a new grievance request.
Submit the Grievance Application
• Fill out the required details in the grievance form and submit your application.
Receive Notification of Outcome
• After an internal review, customer will be notified of the final outcome of your grievance.
