Municipality of "Southern" campaign on cafes contrary to the law of occupancy of the highway

The Municipality of the Southern Region organized a comprehensive campaign on the violations of cafes that occupy the highway with tables, chairs and shisha, in blocks 646 and 905, where it has already been notified of the non-exploitation of the area outside the boundaries of the property in any commercial activity, as this is an infringement on the highway.The municipality conducts continuous campaigns to control violations of the highway occupancy, whether by street vendors or shops in markets or cafes that offer shisha, where they range from procedures of placing posters to the removal of occupations in case the violators do not comply with the deadline for removal. 2) Decree-Law No. (2) of 1996 on the operation of public roads, leaving movables outside shops, factories, warehouses or houses, or placing shelves and carriers for goods and umbrellas or placing goods, equipment, exhibits, benches, tables, boxes and kiosks.
