Muharraq Municipality begins implementing the afforestation project on the street leading to Diyar Al Muharraq

As part of its keenness to increase the area and green spaces in Muharraq, the Muharraq municipality has revealed that it has launched a public tender to implement the afforestation project leading to Diyar Al Muharraq.
The municipality indicated that the project is located within the fourth district of Complex 254, with a total area of ​​2,400 m. Through the implementation of the project, the street will be planted with shade trees and ornamental shrubs.
The municipality indicated that it is constantly striving to achieve environmental balance in Muharraq Governorate, as it has prepared an integrated system to care for and preserve green areas, represented in the periodic maintenance of irrigation systems and the continuous follow-up of sites that witness from time to time the drying of crops and their immediate treatment, in addition to the pruning and pruning of trees and palms in Public streets periodically and continuously.
The municipality stated that it is continuing to implement its development programs related to agriculture, beautification and environmental architecture, which aim to achieve environmental balance and enhance the quality and efficiency of the level of its services provided to citizens and residents, including caring for the landscaping of public streets to preserve the aesthetic and environmental landscape as part of its priorities in serving the people of Muharraq Governorate.
