"Southern" municipality launches mobile monitoring system to control violations

The Municipality of the Southern Region, represented in the Licensing Control and Inspection Section, has launched a mobile violation monitoring system, which allows the inspector to confirm the existence of a building permit or previous license for the landlord before issuing a violation notice.
