Description
This service allows you to apply for a license to practice veterinary medical activities according to the specific requirements of each activity based on Law No. (17) of the year 2014, which approves the Veterinary Medical Professions Practice Law (System) for GCC countries, along with the Executive Regulation issued by Decision No. (36) of the year 2020 and other governing laws, executive regulations, and procedural guidelines in the GCC.

1. Application Submission
Submit the application through (Sijilat) system.
2. Initial Inspection
An initial inspection of the establishment is carried out.
3. Preliminary Approval
Obtain preliminary approval for the establishment from the Licensing Committee.
4. Completion of Pending Requirement
Fulfill all requirements necessary for the license.
5. Final Inspection
Final inspection of the establishment is carried out.
6. Final Approval
Obtain final approval from the Licensing Committee for the establishment.

Pay the required fees to issue the license.

Issuance of the veterinary medical establishment license.
When applying through the Sijilat system, select the appropriate activity type for licensing veterinary medical facilities:

Terms and Conditions
1. It is strictly prohibited to operate a veterinary medical establishment without a license from the relevant authority or without licensed veterinary staff.
2. The veterinary establishment may not be used for any purpose other than that for which it is licensed for by the relevant authority.
3. The relevant authority must be immediately notified when licensed veterinary professionals cease employment at the establishment.
4. The establishment's license is granted only after the completion of licensing procedures for the veterinary medical staff.
5. The establishment must provide the necessary furniture, equipment, medical and non-medical devices according to the establishment's type.
6. The license application is deemed cancelled if a new application is submitted for the same commercial address.
7. The license application is cancelled if licensing procedures are not completed within six months from the application date.
8. A license renewal application must be submitted at least one month before the license expiration date.
9. The license is cancelled if the establishment remains closed for more than six consecutive months or if operations are not started from the date the license is granted.
10. The license is cancelled if it expires without a renewal request, or if no valid excuse is provided to the relevant authority within 60 days of expiration.
11. The license is cancelled if ownership of the facility is transferred, or a partner is added without approval from the relevant authority.
12. The license is cancelled if the facility is moved from its licensed location to another without approval from the relevant authority.
13. The license will be cancelled if any modifications are made to the layout or the physical space of the veterinary establishment without approval from the relevant authority.
